(JERRY) GERHARD THOMAS HERMANN TRABNER April 1, 1938 - February 1, 2010 After a lengthy illness, Jerry passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital. His beloved wife, June (Knight) was at his side at the end. He is survived by his loving wife, June, his stepdaughter Denise English and her husband Darrell. Jerry came to Canada in 1953 with his family. He worked at various jobs including Assiniboia Downs, caretaker at the Grant Wilton Apartments and at the original Academy Florist on Academy Road. He also drove a truck for Manisteel Industrial Machine until his retirement in 2003 due to illness. June and Jerry were married January 28, 1993. We wish to thank the staff at Concordia for their kindness and excellent care they gave him. Direct cremation has taken place and there will be no service as per Jerry's request.
